Sean M. Swinford, Esq.

Sean Swinford has focused his practice on civil litigation since 2005.  He has experience representing clients at trial and binding arbitration and has taken or defended hundreds of depositions.  Additionally, he has argued successfully before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Cowdrey Jenkins, LLP, Mr. Swinford represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation.  His background in insurance defense allows him to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives, analyze strengths and weaknesses in his clients’ position, and advise them accordingly.

Mr. Swinford graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and from the University of Toledo College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.

In his free time, Mr. Swinford enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hiking, and doing projects around the house.
